  Laura, poppy and Jess are the most friendly and informative staff you could hope to meet. They have advised with any questions we have. Oscar our Italian spinone love going to puppy hour and thank to these staff has started to come out of shell. These staff are a credit to your organisation.

  Steph and Freja have helped me with every question and dilemma I have about my beloved pooch. I suppose you could say I'm a novice as she is my first dog but the aforementioned staff have given me the knowledge, skills and products to give my puppy the best start in life. They always make me feel like 'one of the family' and puppy hour, on a Saturday, has helped with her socialisation and I enjoy the sharing of the trials and tribulations of having a puppy with other owners. Nowhere else compares to the wide range of products and knowledge.
